Ravenna — Italian Senior, Under-19, Lightweight and Pararowing Championships
piùblu met clubs and athletes ahead of WE CAN BLU IT!
From 5 to 6 July, piùblu ets took part in the Italian Senior, Under-19, Lightweight and Pararowing Championships in Ravenna, bringing the theme of water protection into one of the most important events on the rowing calendar.
The piùblu stand provided direct contact with clubs, athletes and participants, also creating an opportunity to present WE CAN BLU IT! — the national initiative taking place in September dedicated to cleaning rivers, lakes and seas.
The event involved over 20 rowing clubs and numerous athletes, strengthening dialogue with a sporting community for whom water is the space of practice, connection and responsibility. A demonstration clean-up was also organised along the riverbanks during the event, resulting in the collection of approximately one cubic metre of waste.
For piùblu ets, rowing represents a particularly coherent partner: those who engage with rivers, lakes and seas through sport understand the concrete value of these places and can contribute, through presence and continuity, to their protection.
YOU CAN BLU IT TOO!
